The objective is to provide support of Open Library - some help for users
and "community" to discuss current and future objectives.  I think that
generally this is apart from programming although it may touch on that. 
The programming aspect is generally handled through this list and the
github repository et. al.

There seems to be a perception thatwe either can't do it on OL or that the
permissions for editors is difficult to set up.
