MADD has an impoverished strategy. I think their most recent attempt to
lower the alcohol limit once again is a sign of their desperation to aquire
more power without considering how rational or effective their new mandate
might be. All they have done lately is hurt the overall goal, and to harden
a very small percentage of their supporters who make no difference anyway.
