[Winona Online Democracy]

Since there appears to be more interest in such an idea than I
originally figured upon, I would like to pose several questions upon
this community.

How would a group if formed, combat moronic driving?

What types of events would have to be held to encourage people to be
courteous?

Why do we need to form a group to combat a problem which should not
exist?

What kind of time table should be set out for accomplishing goals set by
the group?

What effect would the group have once it appears the key goals have been
accomplished?

How often do you say to yourself, "I didn't do it; so of course it
didn't get done?"
