Jürgen handling import / export of po files (2) and slow (3) works. We've added 
several committers that way.

Until someone engages Gavin on the JIRA issue (1) won't be fixed, but that is 
broken even so because it is anonymous with no way to access merit for those 
contributors. Of course, we'll accept suggestions from Anonymous, but that 
won't build the L10n community.
