I have an TFT where the pixels does flicker, but it has only 6 bits per channel so the levels differences are larger. The controller (genessis chipset) has to do a 4T modulation to 8 bits, which makes from a 60Hz refresh a 15Hz or 30Hz flickering. The response time of the panel is maybe just too good, so I see those 15Hz.. (not mentioning that the picture sucks and is not usable for desktop use, video playback is ok, but the eyes hurt after a while)
