Given how far along Patrick is in the process I would HIGHLY suggest if
there is a desire to us another name (or additional name), that he continue
with the current name and either add a DBA or name change AFTER the
organization is formed legally speaking.

Would be possible to even reserve the desired name ahead of time.

I really like that name, "The Foundation for Free Hardware Designs".

My biggest worry, actually, is the money and time it might cost
Patrick to implement the change.  Legal paperwork has already been
submitted, and he would have to submit an addendum.  This is one case
where I might explicity ask the FSF for monetary help, if it's that
important to them.  Really, the blame rests on me... IIRC, I'm the one
who came up with the name "Open Hardware Foundation."  So, if anyone
should pay for the change, it's me or the FSF.  Definitely not
Patrick.
