Well, that gives me an idea. How about Liberty Graphics Project?
Freedom Graphics Project or Graphics Freedom Project would be alternatives,
and that phrasing would neither claim that the hardware is without cost, nor
that it's fully Free-as-in-speech. To preserve our reputation for
truthfulness, we need to be careful not to claim to be more Free than we
really are. If we're able to produce anything that's fully free, it would
be the standards, not the hardware. Graphics Free Standards Project???

Regarding the OGD1P part number family, it's too late to change
that.
