How could OHF protect some of these good ideas regard wording, so as to prevent this being misused by competitors? We have already had mentioned how words like 'Open' or 'open standard' these days, sometimes conveys the implication that it requires large payments for poor information. If OHF can somehow protect these names and descriptions we can safely use them. eg.
