Should I so desire to request it, I can legally be reimbursed by the OHF
for any expenditures I incur personally directly related to the
incorporation of the foundation. It is up to the board of the
foundation to approve such an reimbursement. Now whether we have the
funds to do so is a whole different topic... :)

I do not know what the set-back would be. From the reading I have done,
from a state perspective it is not a huge deal to file and amendment to
the articles of incorporation. My concern would be what it does to the
IRC 501(c)(3) process. If the board decides to seriously pursue a name
change, we can find out what the impact will be and take that into
consideration.
