I can't decide if this is something we need to take care of now or
later. The result doesn't impact us in the short term, right now all
I can do is be anxious about the fact that I wanted to have OGD1
selling already.
IMHO, this doesn't need to be worried about until at least after an
OGC is selling. It will be a sad day when the the rest of the
industry becomes so closed off that a project like OGP needs to work
with one of these encryption scheme licensing bodies (HDCP, AACS, CSS,
etc.) in order to fulfill its primary goal.
