Would HDCP be a useful security feature for a FLOSS voting machine?

I would expect such a monitor to be big news (slashdot, avsforum, etc.)
and have a very high return rate.

What was the source of the OTA 720p?  An internal tuner?

Try googling for the model number and things like 720p, DVI,
HDCP, problem, etc.
