You are right. There is no perfect solution. Our objective is to hand off the authority to a trusted community body. Just because Traversal is handing off that authority to the OHF doesn't mean Traversal can't offer other discounts too. We're telling the OHF that they have the right to offer a certain number and kind of discounts to people of their choosing.
