In any case, if my guess is correct, the answer is "sortof." Lots of
PCs put the entire framebuffer in main memory, so in that sense, the
entire memory system is completely unified.
yes but the memory is carved up between video and others. you cant
create a texture in memory and then give a pointer to the video card.
