According to wikipedia, HTX uses DMA, rather than a uniform architecture:

exactly. so i dont think any manufacturer will be introducing real uma
anytime soon.

maybe an fpga based uma architecture prototype can be published on the
internet so the smaller fab houses, oem, and integrator can copy and
manufacture it.
