A somewhat useful separation could be splitting the HDL parsing into a separate library. Seeing how the HIDE should be able to parse HDL files ( I think? ), a own library that does that for us would be great. I'm thinking of something that takes verilog files as an input and generate a somewhat more abstracted model. Add the possibility to add signals / connect different modules, and we have the logic side of HIDE.
