I'm not talking of the state of the healthcare provider.
I'm talking about what he saw and thought to sign.

He has no way to see what is in the database down deep in the system.
The only thing is is able to see and vouch for is what he sees on a screen,
piece of paper, etc.

Text as pointers or URL's it is all fine with me.
But he signes what he sees.
