IIRC, these the the ones that build the LTS kernels.
No, "poky-lsb" should really be renamed "poky-altconfig" or something similar, its really a set of alternate configurations we test which would be defined to include the LTS kernel, probably ith sysvinit (compared to systemd which we'd prefer as the default for poky).
