You can break it up across multiple people. Code doesn't get putback to
Solaris without at least two sets of eyes looking at it. Whether it has
1 line of change, or 1M lines of change.

required, and I think that means working with Don, before you file an RTI.

Actually, since I have learned that you are in SWAN already, you can
file the RTI yourself. BUt I did omit one step, which is that you have
to integrate star into a local workspace of your own, and make sure that
it builds properly (including a full ON build). If you are integrating
into SFW, rather than ON, the rules may be different.
