This did not happen for GNU tar, why should it happen for star?

This did not happen for GNU tar, why do you believe it should happen with star?

I see that some people from Sun try to invent new trap doors every time we
advance a bit.
If you did GNU tar POSIX compliance, it would not be in Solaris.
