Danek Duvall <danek.duv...@sun.com> says differently:

It is, actually -- SUNWmfrun. It was held back for a long time due to
legal issues, but those were straigtened out.

So you mean to say that the disparaging statements about Motif are not
meant to reflect on the Motif Product, on TOG, on ICS or on IST, but are
meant to disparage only //Sun's// work on Motif? I'm sorry, I don't buy
that explanation. False statements were made misrepresenting IST's 508
compliance statement, not Sun's own statement. And Motif is included
with Solaris, contradicting your claim.

You continue to engage in additional fabrications aimed at
misrepresenting the false and disparaging statements after the fact, so
I think you have no intention of retracting the false factual statements
after being confronted by the facts showing the statements are false and
disparaging. I haven't heard from any senior manager, either. You have
until Monday morning to reconsider your position. After that, I will
forward the messages to the appropriate lawyers.
