No we don't Jeff. The case that determined that the export
regulations (including the technical assistance provision which
prohibits you from posting what you just did) are unconstitutional is
on appeal and the ruling has been stayed pending appeal. Therefore,
until that case (or another one) gets through the courts and the law
is struck down for 1st amendment grounds, we do *NOT* have free speech
in the U.S.
