Yes, please don't take my original proposal as anything other than me suggesting some "clean up" based on me not having all the info about the status of EC2. If we need to clarify that all projects are expected to participate in elections, that's something we can address. I'll look at wording of the existing requirements in the next week or so. If the team has a leader, you're all set and I'm happy to support keeping EC2 an official team.
