Shehzad, Command looks fine, am assuming custom_openvasrc is copied from user's home directory .openvasrc and it is present in the place where you are running OpenVAS-Client. Instead, as felix suggested, will you be able to run through the original file located in user's home dir? Just to confirm if it works with the default .openvasrc file.
