There is somewhere a document that summarizes our initial goals for OSCAR-5.1,
based on old discussions and with each we all agreed. I also did some
developments around OPKGC and i really think we can support online repositories
generated by OPKGC (not for binary packages that are currently in SVN).

I can of course describe what i did and what i plan to do for OSCAR-5.1
