1. Download and run the latest release from here:
http://www.flashdevelop.org/community/viewforum.php?f=11

2. Yes, download and install the latest MTASC release. Install means "unzip
to a folder". I put it in c:\mtasc

3. Then you need to set the MTASC path in FlashDEvelop. Hit F9 and go down
to where it says ASCompletion.mtasc.path and enter the path where you
installed it.

4. You probably have .net, but if you don't, you'll know soon enough :)

5. Code completion works out of the box. Press F7 to do an MTASC syntax
check.

6. The -mx switch is an MTASC compiler switch that uses precompiled mx
classes so you don't get all those errors. If you do a "Quick MTASC Build"
in FD, it uses -mx by default. But if you do a Project Build, it doesn't,
and currently there is no way to force it to do so. The plugin release he is
talking about is an update that will handle that issue. It will be announced
on the site when its ready.
