I'm not a forum user so can't comment. What I can say that attachments to emails to the osg-submissions mailing list that the forum mirrors is far more reliable, forum users either have occasional problems or cause occasional problems due to the way the forum manages attachments. Personally I much prefer it when contributors just subscribe to the osg-submissions mailing list.
