Present3D hasn't been compiled under Windows before just Linux and Mac
so far.  It should in theory compile O.K as there are no platform
specifics built into it, however, the CMake files might not be
perfect, a dependencies like libxml2/sdl might throw a few issues.

I don't feel installing CMakeModules as part of the OSG install is
appropriate.  While we can recommend use of CMake, and even advocate
use of a particular CMake setup I think installing it goes too far.

If the CMakeModules are so similar between various projects then
perhaps one can use the magic of svn externals to pull in CMakeModules
from the OpenSceneGraph.   We also should set a license notice on the
CMake files to make clear its fine to copy them and include in users
projects.
