Especially the recurrent questions about VRML, VRPN or how to load this or that - these were answered many times before. I would even go so far as send a link to the FAQ, Wiki and list archives to every new subscriber on subscription to the list and also have them at the bottom of every mail, in addition to the info that is there already.
