I'm hoping to make 2.8 before Christmas, if that isn't possible then it'll have to be release in January. On the dev front I haven't completed some some work on osgVolume that needs to be done before 2.8, this if probably half to a weeks work. Then there's general testing/fixes that needs to happen.
