Just a note: I've seen many users that seem too lazy to install alternatives solutions (or ask for installation). Installing Firefox/Opera/Whaterver, OpenOffice, FileZilla, or 7-zip (and others alternatives - sorry I don't have them all in mind) seem to be as hard as moving a mountain for some people... Generally you'll hear "That works with installed software, I don't want to change"... even among developpers. That's a pity, IMO.
