Hi Zachary, I can't help wonder why TDM is so critical, and if you aren't able to get the OSG to compile yourself then my guess it could an ongoing issue for not just the OSG but other dependencies as well.
Perhaps the OSG isn't the best solution for you, or perhaps, as others have repeatedly pointed out, using something than TDM would be far more productive. Could you explain what your project goals and constraints are. Perhaps we can point you in a direction that fits best with these. Cheers, Robert.
