Im going to work with a group tomorrow, a new leader-tema after an reorganizeing - process. I, ve worked with them two days earlier tipis spring. Today the leader of the goup contacted me and told about the situation: Many people in the group are feling the loss, trey are worn out and sad.
Any good advice in how to let them tell their stories, bring things up in the open and be abel to leave this behind and not bring it on into the future?
