Thanks for keeping on top of this Daniel and sharing back.

Mandating self organisation certainly has a funny ring to it.  As does
"offering" to show anyone the door who isn't fully on board!

It is interesting to think how this reflects different perspectives on
authority and power..
"as the head of the heirarchy, I have authority to impose"
vs
"as an organisation, power comes from those who participate"
