Sure. She made a poorly thought out, crass, comment more than once.

Frankly, it seems weird that she can publicly suggest some
fairly idiotic policies (that gas tax holiday thing was shocking),
and people seem to barely notice, and then she makes one comment that
people think is crass, and its like she kicked a puppy.
I'm not sure whether she just hit a nerve, or whether one
dumb comment has become the focus for a whole lot of anger against
her for unrelated things, or whether its all a cunning manipulation,
but it just seems odd to (emotionally uninvested, and currently not
that interested) me that this one tiny thing is getting such a
reaction, which seems to me quite out of proportion.
