Very sad. We don't have a shoulder arc at the clinic and the only time clients use cones is when they are standing or sitting on pliant surfaces for balance training.

Also, I think that many of the OT's who routinely practice using shoulder arcs, pegs, cones, etc will say one of two things: 1. They ARE doing functional activities 2. They are preparing people for functional activities. I don't think many OT's will say that they are NOT working on functional activity, regardless of what they are actually doing!
