omg 20k a day would be insane! we have been live for almost 1 year and have that many in total. our db is around 3gb and the file system storage is around 8gb. thats pure text + attachments. HTML improves marketing messages imo, not response time or customer service related to support requests. im not a big fan of marketing :) OTRS doesnt have (that i know of and we even have a support agreement) a way to archive ticket data older than X months. if they did then maybe i wouldnt be so worried as to what this system is going to look like in 2 years.
