hi all; Problem 1- my otrs version is ITSM:1.3.2 under 2.4.4 Framework. my problem is; i am writing some one text at a ticket close in body section and i am clicking submit button after system is saying message box window "A message Should have a body". this problem is seems like to be http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2009-September/028350.html but this article is very old versions otrs. please help me
