FWIW, I've had the same problem since going to owfs 2.6p1-3. I hate to
just chime in with a 'me too', but at least Thomas knows he isnt
alone :) I have a similar setup - going through a DS2409 coupler, all
DS18S20-PAR read 85C. digitemp reads everything fine. This didn't seem
to occur in 2.5p10. 

Something else that's rather curious is the DS18B20 that is in my
original V1 weather station reads fine. It's only the DS18S20's that
have a problem, and apparently only the temperature conversion that
fails (r/w temphigh/templow, trim values, etc.). Perhaps that's a clue.

Another observation: I have a couple DS2438 that I can read
VAD/VDD/humidity from if it's on the main network. If they are on a
DS2409 I can't read those values. Exact same sensors worked under 2.5p10
and can be read under digitemp.

I get the same behavior whether using a DS9097U serial adapter, or the
DS9490r USB adapter.
