If you ask me for most common / old school DDL or DML I can rattle it off pretty easily as it is in my muscle memory from uni days... don't ask for an upsert or pivot statement though - or any of the new BI stuff. Also, new DBMS are coming up all the time and everything is the same and different - AI really helps there.
