Dear Meaghan Thank you for sharing what you are doing in Canada. I wish I could say you will easily find simlar or better in Oz!? I will attach a list of Oz Midwifery Models I collated over ayear ago now and I will forward your email to the Commnuity Midwifery Program in Perth WA. There is another governmemnt funded program in Adelaide perhaps some other lister can give a contact for that?
