Shall I take this new Strawberry+Padre instead of an
existing installation on Windows?
What shall I expect in such a case?

Will it replace the old Strawberry Perl that I have (5.10)?
Will the modules be upgraded? Or deleted (so I will have to remember and
re-install)?

Here is what I currently have on my work PC (Win XP):

C:\strawberry\perl\bin>C:\strawberry\perl\bin\perl.exe -v
