There is a lot of traffic on this group but its not too bad. If you
split-off a novice group, I'll just have to subscribe to that one too and
then I'll have email over-load.

Some additional ideas:
Build up the programmer's FAQ and make it extremely visible on the
developer's website. (by the way, it's a great start)
Write and post more white papers on Palm programming for the beginner. Ask
a few of the more experienced developers to write about topics they have
experience in. Keep the articles posed in the knowledge base and on a
separate web page on the Palm developer's site.
The MSDN is a wonderful resource for Windows developers. Maybe when enough
info on Palm development has been massed, a CD with a similar format could
be sold to developers.
