There is more at issue here than just the hassle of signing the NDA.
There are developers such as myself who have signed both NDAs (one for
the OS source, one for the seeding program), but can't get the materials
released at PalmSource. It doesn't make sense to me that Palm prepared
yet another license agreement and a CD to give out at PalmSource, but
can't just zip up the files with an appendix (for the seeding NDA, which
was designed for this sort of thing) and put them in the provider
pavilion.
