Nice analogy, Mike.

In the absence of further public information (I wish I knew what Carl was
going to say before he said it) I think the best advice is "Don't Panic".

But do ask questions, since a priority for me and my group is to have
developers properly informed, with sufficient and appropriate timing.  I'll
see that questions get addressed, don't worry.
