In Codewarrior, you just plop the Palm in the cradle, enable debugging,
enter Shortcut dot dot 2 into your Palm, then hit Ctrl-F5 to start the
debugger. Note...have a paper clip handy...you're going to be doing
some resetting. You also have to be somewhat persistant sometimes, as
the serial connection occasionally gets a little fuddled if you do
something in the wrong order, so you may have to reset your Palm and
try debugging again.
