Reading the headers is a must, for sure! (I LOVE the cool undocumented commands, slobber, drool!) But when you finally DO have a question worthy of the forum, you're supposed to check and see if there's been a discussion on the topic already - and I've not found any good way to do this. Yes, the knowledge base and the forum archives exist, but their search mechanisms seem too poor to find anything.
