Um, I don't know what docs you're looking at, but the ones from Palm are
wonderful.  Everything is documented well and easy to find.  Have you ever
tried to find info in the Microsoft developer docs?

Most basic questions go unanswered because they reflect a non-effort to do
any research at all about the topic.
