I'm not 100% sure of it, but I think I have done some tests under the
emulator with a PalmV ROM ( EZ processor ) and PalmOS 3.5.
The 16 level grayscale mode was not available, using WinScreenMode.
It was one month ago, so I'm not really sure of it, but I think this happened
on at least one of the PalmOS 3.5 ROM with a EZ processor.

Don't forget that you can flash the ROM ( or upgrade the current PalmOS
version ) of a PalmV, PalmVx, PalmIIIx, PalmIIIxe, PalmVIIx...
In fact, it seems that the only EZ device which can't have Palm OS3.5 is the
PalmIIIe, except if new versions are shipped with a new PalmOS version.
