Everyone CALM DOWN.
These free newsgroups aren't going away. But our direct-to-devsup e-mail support is
changing. There are simply waaaaaay too many developers out there for Palm to provide
acceptable response times for each and every question we receive for free. Thus the
developer exchange, where folks can pay for individual service and receive guaranteed
responses not only from Palm but from other developers as well.
Perhaps David can provide more insightful comments...
