Yes. For one thing, they're paying the bills. For another, it may be us who
are ignorant and not them.

No, you never "need" to educate anyone. There are some customers who aren't
interested in your reeducation attempts.

I do maintain that the customer is always right. However, sometimes it's
indeed possible to "educate" them to make them change their minds about
what's right. And sometimes they're too damn stupid for me to allow them to
continue to be my customers. :)

But as long as they are my customers, they get what they want, which is not
necessarily the same as what I think they should want.
